Bowmore

Pronounced "Boh-MOR"

This must be the only Islay whisky that I haven't tasted in years. The distillery was taken over by a Japanese firm in 1994, after which Bowmore suddenly had a soapy taste. I assume they got rid of that problem, but I just never got back to trying it again. I guess there are just so many other whiskies to taste.
